No. Each sub-team follows a different route. You might not see the other teams until the Grand Finale, where all solutions come together. Unique experiences, but you need each other at the end.
Both. Sub-teams solve independently (natural competition: who finishes first, who used fewer hints). The Grand Finale is purely cooperative — can't solve it without combining all teams' results. The highlight is coming back together.
Yes. A host meets your group at the starting point, introduces the story, distributes materials, takes a group photo. After that, the platform guides each team.
